At SpecTex24 in Brisbane, our Accent Software team had a fantastic time connecting with fellow exhibitors and visitors. Our booth featured a delightful treat of complimentary sea salt caramel and choc chip gelato, which was a crowd favourite! We enjoyed engaging conversations with attendees who stopped by for a scoop.

Tracking Filters

One essential tool for effectively tracking job progress and ensuring timely completion is setting up tracking filters for jobs in various stages. Keep in mind that you can control whether certain jobs are to be excluded or included. Here are just a few examples of useful filters you can create:

• Jobs Ready to be Closed: Easily identify jobs that are ready to be finalised.
• Jobs Awaiting Installation Scheduling: Track jobs that your supplier has processed but are yet to be scheduled for installation.
• Jobs Installed and Invoiced, Awaiting Payment: Keep tabs on completed jobs that are still awaiting payment.

We are thrilled to introduce Alicia, a recent addition to the Accent Software team. Alicia joined us in February this year as the Team Leader for the Training and Onboarding Team. She plays a crucial role in working closely with clients when they join Accent Software, assisting with system onboarding and providing comprehensive training.

Alicia is a valuable part of our new clients’ journey as they learn to strengthen their business operations with Insyte.

Outside of work, Alicia is passionate about sports. She enjoys playing netball and basketball, and her favourite time of the year is AFL season! As a devoted Essendon supporter, she loves watching their games with her family on weekends.
