Send Jobs to Suppliers and Manufacturers

Send one or more Jobs to your suppliers quickly and simply with Insyte

Transcript

1. Click “More” button,
2. Click “Move to Supply” from the list,
3. Click “Finish” button,
4. A window will appear in the top right-hand side to show that the Supply Job is being sent to the supplier,
5. Clicking the Refresh button will now display the Supply Job Number,
6. You have now sent the Supply Job to the Supplier.
7. You can also send Jobs to the Supplier via the Tracking grid,
   1. To send a single Job click the 3 dots and then click “Move to Supply”, or
   2. Select multiple jobs then click “Actions” button and click “Move to Supply”.
8. You have now sent the Supply Job to the Supplier.
