1. Click ‘Schedule with Maps’ the Red Pin on the Map is the new appointment to be scheduled.
2. Click on the red pin to display your Sales Representatives, the date and distance from their closest appointment.
3. Choose the Representative’s schedule by clicking the play button, to view their appointments for that day.
4.  Click on another Sales Representative to see their schedule.
5.  To optimise appointments, drag and drop the red pin into a calendar time slot.
6.   The Calendar shows the distance and time between sales appointments.
7.   The map shows the route between the appointments.
