Job Tracking with Insyte

Viewing different types of records such as opportunities, jobs, bookings, manufacturing schedules and payments with Insyte.

1. Click “Down Arrow” in the Tracking View,
2. You will be able to choose from one of the following,
   a. The different stages of Quoting,
   b. Active or All Orders from Jobs,
   c. The different stages of Opportunities,
   d. Project Management View of Jobs,
   e. Manufacturing Scheduling of Jobs,
   f. The different stages of the Service Jobs.
3. In this example we will select “Active Orders“ view,
4. Within the Tracking view, you can easily create different filters of the Jobs by clicking on the “Advance Filters” button
5. Theses filters can be easily accessed by clicking the “Quick Filter” button,
6. You have now sent the Supply Job to the Supplier.
7. To switch to another filter, simply unselect the current filter and selecting another one where the Customer has an Installation booked and the Job requires payment,,
