Confirming quotes with Insyte

Transcript

1. Click “Confirm Quote”,
2. Click to expand the Product showing the Quote Lines,
   1. Being Confirmed,
   2. that Require Check Measure, and
   3. Dispatch Method.
3. Click “OK”,
4. To record a Payment, click “More”,
5. Select “New Payment”,
6. Select a “payment Method”,
7. Enter an “Amount”,
8. Click “Close”,
9. To book the Check Measure, click “More”,
10. Select “Book Check Measure with Maps”,
11. Click “Red Pin”,
12. This will display the Representative, the date, and the distance to their closest Appointment on that day,
13. Click the “Play” button to view their appointments for that day,
14. Next, drag and drop the Appointment’s Red Pin into a calendar timeslot,
15. This displays the Products being Check Measured,
16. Click “Finish”,
17. The Calendar shows the “Distance and Time” between Appointments, while the Map shows the route between the Appointments.
18. You have now scheduled the Check Measure Appointment.
